• There is absolutely no smoking/ vaping if found smoking there will be a $250 deep cleaning fee.

• There are no parties allowed.

• There are no pets allowed if pets are found there will be a $250 deep cleaning fee.

• You cannot receive mail or identification with our address. No exceptions!

• A background screening is required for our properties. This is to ensure the safety of everyone stay in the building.

• No refunds for third party amenities. We are not responsible for third party interrupted amenities such as phone service, water or internet. For example: monthly phone service, weather, down power lines etc.

• You are responsible for damaged or lost items.

​

• To respect the guest quiet time is from 10pm-9am.

​

• Check In: 4pm | Check Out: 11am
